We’re looking for self-starters who want to make a meaningful impact in achieving our goals and objectives.  Our ideal candidate is a take charge, detail oriented, able to see the big picture teammate.  Sound like a crazy combination?  IT.  IS.  We’re looking for the superstar who wants a challenge but values a great work environment.  This person will assist in sales and marketing administration, manage the office, and provide executive support to the BP Capital Fund Advisors team.

What You’ll Do

Marketing Assistance
  • Assist in deployment of marketing campaigns (using Campaign Monitor – links to Salesforce)
  • Manage the process for content updates to PowerPoint presentations
  • Manage edits and updates of two websites
  • Oversee the alignment and consistency of all messaging on all marketing materials
  • Assist in setup and management of customer info into Salesforce – specifically the management of mail lists for campaigns
  • Manage sales and marketing calendars
  • Coordinate meetings and logistics for travel, hotels, and catering
  • Coordinate travel logistics for sales and marketing trips, conferences and trade shows
  • Manage printing and distribution of marketing collateral
  • Manage social media accounts for the firm (LinkedIn and Twitter), posting/sharing content following compliance approval
Executive Administrative and Compliance Assistant
  • Provide calendar and scheduling support
  • Manage and prepare all pre-meeting technical specs and directions for investor meetings
  • Manage all files in Box, our cloud-based file-sharing service
  • Assist the team with operations and administrative activities as needed
  • Assist in creating training materials and agendas for meetings
  • Manage the calculation and processing of sales commissions
  • Prepare expense reports for the office and team
  • Order office supplies and manage the break room
  • Provide frontline IT support for the team on computer and printer/copier issues, including setup for new team members (e.g., ordering computers, securing new Office 365 licenses, loading software)
  • Manage Office 365 licenses
  • Serve as POC for external vendors for operations and marketing
  • Manage compliance review process for marketing and investment materials (presentations, fact sheets, white papers, social media content, etc.)
What You’ll Need
  • 3-5 years of work experience in a financial services environment
  • College degree preferred
  • Very strong skills in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Experience managing website content
  • Experience in InDesign or other design software is a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A willingness to be helpful above all and figure things out on the go
